About the Job
As Circul8’s Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative team in generating world-class ideas and creative concepts for marketing and advertising campaigns. This includes the development of campaign ideas, ‘look & feel’ graphics, storyboards, wireframes, animation and pitch documents that meet client requirements.
You will be responsible for the output of our creative team focussing heavily on the world of digital technology & media, applying your concepts across websites, mobile apps, online video, television commercials, branding, display advertising, eDM layouts and animation. We aren’t limited by too many boundaries at Circul8 so if you’re the kind of person who likes a challenge and isn’t afraid of getting stuck in, you will find a lot of freedom within our ever expanding team.
The role will involve working alongside accounts, tech, social and production teams, reporting directly into the Head of Creative & Production. The themes you will predominantly be working on will be tourism & leisure, fashion, entertainment, NGOs & social good. These are passions close to our hearts and should be something you also have personal conviction to. Our clients include: Tourism Fiji, Japan National Tourism Organisation, Changi Airport Group Singapore, TFE Hotel Group, Unified Weapons Master, Papua New Guinea Tourism, Vanuatu Tourism Office, Amnesty International & WWF.

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in art direction with a world class eye for design
A degree in a related field such as graphic design or visual communication
Fluent in everything adobe
Ability to quickly sketch/scamp ideas by hand
Strong internal and client facing presentation skills
High level of expertise in information communication, usability and interface design
Solid understanding of digital marketing and industry best practices
Demonstrated experience producing creative solutions within the constraints of budget and time
Access to a bottomless bank of ideasEnjoy working within a collaborative team environment
Experience managing a team
Experience with HTML5 animation
Interest in emerging technologies like VR, iBeacons, Big Data & Health Trackers
Animation / video editing

key leadership role in the Oz Games Studio’s art group and plays an important creative
role in the global business responsible for the conceptualization, production
and delivery of best in class gaming art, animation and sound packages.

between the various individual inputs
Understand and translate game specifications and other inputs such as
market requirements into effective production plans
Make decisions about visual elements, styles and where and how to use
Create packages that appeal to target audiences
Tertiary qualifications in Animation, Illustration, Graphic art, Art
Production or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years + in professional Art production roles with proven
