About the role
We are looking for a Head of Creative
Services to join our team in North Sydney.
The Creative Services team at oOh! is
the engine room of our creativity. Our clients are the largest advertisers in
Australia & NZ as well as all leading creative and media agencies. We
partner with them to deliver unmissable campaigns that push the boundaries of
what is possible with OOH and provide them with inspiring, innovative and
successful campaigns that maximise audience connection.
The Creative Service team is
responsible for overseeing all client creative activity at oOh!. Our team of 12
consists of Creative Strategists that partner with our sales team to create
unmissable responses to briefs, Producers that deliver world first campaigns
on-time and on-budget, and Graphic Designers that create campaign artwork &
The Head of Creative Services is a
leadership role that is responsible for building and promoting oOh!'s creative
strategy to the market. This role will regularly proactively meet with our
clients to present the latest campaigns, new technologies, research and
insights and will be responsible for a revenue budget and tracking pipeline
This role will also build and maintain
excellent relationships with all the groups inside oOh!, particularly our
sales, product and strategy teams. The Head of Creative Services will also
oversee our relationships with production companies and supplier agencies, as

track record of implementing and leading Agile methodology projects within

content using either or a combination of live action, stop motion, design,
