key leadership role in the Oz Games Studio’s art group and plays an important creative
role in the global business responsible for the conceptualization, production
and delivery of best in class gaming art, animation and sound packages.

Understand and translate game specifications and other inputs such as
market requirements into effective production plans
Make decisions about visual elements, styles and where and how to use
Create packages that appeal to target audiences
Tertiary qualifications in Animation, Illustration, Graphic art, Art
Production or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years + in professional Art production roles with proven
