Celsius Design is a small creative agency focused on high-end brand development, graphic design, web design, online marketing and e-communication. We work with clients in the government, community services, health care, consumer and corporate sectors.
We are looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager that is a natural at building and maintaining strong client relationships and genuinely enjoys providing innovative and sound design solutions to existing and potential clients.

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and highly experienced to manage new business and help grow the studio. Ideally we are seeking a guru who has previously worked in the design, advertising or print industry and can hit the ground running.
This full-time position is suited to someone who has experience in nurturing and growing relationships, and in winning and developing and managing new accounts. The split of account management to business development will be 50 / 50.
This is a diverse role and requires excellent client management experience, stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to initiate and work with our team of designers. You will also be working very closely with the Director in a collaborative setting. As we consider the Account Manager to be an extension of the creative team, a full understanding of the creative process will be highly regarded.
Your day-to-day responsibilities for Account Management will be to look after our major clients, including taking briefs, estimating, managing WIP, timelines, budgets, managing designers and suppliers. You will have exceptional attention to detail and be adept at managing your time, multiple projects and multiple clients. You will be experienced and very capable of briefing the designers and on what the client requires.
You will also work closely with the Director to build the business and help us to continuously improve our processes. Key tasks will consist source new opportunities through networking and relationship development, creating and attending appointments, creativity, strategy, and client liaison, coupled with lead generation, and the development of pitch documentation and presentations.
A stack of initiative, a great sense of humor and an understanding of style are all ‘must haves’. A tertiary qualification in marketing preferable.
