About the role
This is a newly created
role designed to support our Graphic Designer and Client Management team to
deliver end-to-end creative campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a junior
designer to expand your portfolio, with exposure to some of Australia’s biggest
brands. You’ll be expected to work both independently and collaboratively, and
will be ably supported by our small and tight-knit team. You’ll take briefs to
come up with conceptual ideas that you’ll take through to tactical execution
and finished art. You’ll work across a range of creative mediums, with a focus
on digital design including websites, banners and eDMs, plus printed collateral
You’re a junior graphic
designer with an eye for clean design and a natural creative flare. With 1-2
years’ experience, you’ve worked in an agency-like environment and are familiar
with job management processes. With exceptional attention to detail, you’re a creative
thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate:
Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite
(primarily Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
1-2 years experience, preferably in an agency
Solid understanding of graphic design processes
from admin and filing to briefing, creative conceptualisation and production
for print and digital
Creative thinker with high attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Great communication skills
Self-motivated and not afraid to ‘get your hands
Friendly and approachable
