We're looking for a Sales and Business Development super star for Osmosis Medical Skincare.


Business Development Manager NSW - Osmosis Skincare

You're passionate about holistic skincare, wellness and beauty.

You love connecting with people and selling. Ideally, you will have a beauty qualification and be highly professional in educating and training.

We are looking for a brand advocate and someone who will approach sales and business development with determination, drive and embodiment of our philosophy.

You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and account management to current Osmosis accounts and build business opportunities in NSW.

You will:

Actively support current NSW accounts
Proactively attract new accounts and substantially expand the NSW market
Provide input and information for all accounts to ensure awareness and appropriate use of the full Osmosis Product suite
Provide updated Osmosis product information and updates of Osmosis products
Provide clinical education and product training to accounts
Daily activities include (but are not limited to) one-on-one sales presentations' visits to clinics; phone calls; demonstrations; all other to service and nurture our accounts
Provide continuing education and value added services to accounts (current and prospective)
Use Salesforce to manage current accounts and help identify market trends
Competent use of Microsoft product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Education and Experience

Minimum 2+ years of previous sales experience
Medical beauty sales, or beauty sales experience highly regarded
Have a current driver's license (with insurance)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a team member
Goal and results driven – you love meeting KPI's
Dynamic, high energy and impact individual
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills
Ability to display high-levels of initiative, effort and commitment
Ability to comprehend and communicate medical skincare knowledge and material
Understand and compare competitive product knowledge to a wide stakeholder audience
Self-motivated and disciplined
Outstanding work ethic
Ability to take an entrepreneurial approach in territory management
Cultivate new and manage existing relationships
Proactively identify challenges and together with team members develop actions plans to achieve goals
Require minimal supervision and direction; reporting to GM People & Culture
Travel throughout all of NSW will be required (overnight travel may be required and visits to the Melbourne Head Office for training, meetings and events).
