We’re looking for a Digital Design Assistant to join our Creative team in Melbourne.
You will have a passion for producing creative ideas in digital environments with a strong design grounding and an understanding of a range of digital mediums and best practices.
You will be a team player with great communication and interpersonal skills. We expect you to have an enthusiasm for digital visual design and pride in the quality of your work.
Reporting to our Creative Director, you will be joining a growing and highly motivated team of passionate people who genuinely love what they do. We are a leader in online health and

it. We need a UI/UX designer who loves to optimise public-facing conversion
processes, and improving existing functionality offered to daily users of our
program. We are currently website-focused (mobile-led responsive) but are
looking to expand into mobile apps in the near future.
The ideal candidate will possess
superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into
interaction flows and artefacts. Conceptualize original ideas and tackle
complex problems that are intuitive and easy to use.
Collaborate with content and developers to define and
implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and
Implement user flow from purchase to everyday user
experience, including consumer education.
Conduct user research and lead testing of user flows,
and evaluate user analytics feedback.
Create new designs, journey maps and wireframes.
Deliver each design stage and release by providing
production-ready assets and support the development team through
Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure
designs adhere to brand, style and usability guidelines.
Being highly responsive to user
feedback and needs is a defining feature of this role:
Solid and proven UX experience and
demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio, focused on creating
wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Proficiency in Adobe CC, other visual design and
communication to development team).
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to
Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with
ability to present your designs and explain design decisions through a review
process to key stakeholders.
Current knowledge of UI trends, techniques and
Experience working in an Agile development process.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
with quick turnaround on deadlines to meet customer needs and feedback.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively and work on
multiple, simultaneous projects.
Specific, demonstrable knowledge of conversion tactics

The Sweet Shop Melbourne is looking for a new Office Administrator/Production Assistant who ideally has previous experience in production and/or admin in the film and television industry. We work across all facets of the industry including commercials, television, film, music videos, social media and interactive content. We partner with top global brands, advertising agencies and music companies as a world leader in creative content and communications.
You will have previous experience in production and/or admin in the film and television industry. You are used to working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Along with a fantastic attention to detail, you are also highly motivated, show initiative, are a problem solver, friendly and have lots of fun, you are willing to learn new skills and be part of a great team of people. You will report to the Production Coordinator and Managing Partner.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be responsible for:
· Administrative & Reception duties
· Office presentation
· Attending to basic I.T. needs (with training)
· Processing of invoices
· Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner
· Production Assistant to productions where appropriate
· Management and updating of the CRM database, sending out of new work presentations, and management of work on our website (with training)
· Other duties as defined by the Managing Partner and Executive Producer from time to time.
A lovely disposition, Microsoft Word & Excel, basic Adobe InDesign & Photoshop. Familiarity with other applications (Adobe Creative Suite) a bonus.
