place, but our ambition requires that we focus on building a brand and brand
experience to match. And that’s where we’re looking for someone to come
and fill a unique role in the Voyager Estate team.
The role is waiting for
the right person to define it but the ultimate accountability of the role will
be to build the Voyager Estate brand and brand experience, and will cover six broad
areas of responsibility:
our design, collateral, packaging
our storytelling, language, imagery, content
our social media strategy, content and communities
our partnership and event strategies and activations
our brand and consumer PR
You will be a creative,
design-savvy brand thinker, and whilst experience in the world of wine would be
helpful you could have likely spent more time in other luxury consumer goods industries.
You will be a strong strategist and storyteller, and will need to be both a
thinker and a doer with at least ten years experience working with design and

We are a small company specialising in web
development. Based in Surry Hills,
Macadamia works with many design agencies such as Ascender, There Design, Bullet Studios
and Squadink across a broad range of sectors. We also work directly with the end client, often providing design services ourselves.
02/ Role Requirement
The business is
growing rapidly and with an increasing volume of work comes a need for a savvy,
focused Project Manager available 2 days a week, with prior web
experience/knowledge. The candidate will
need to be able to hit the ground running and keep tabs on projects from brief to delivery. The role would be 2 days a week initially with some
flexibility to work from home and flexibility in chosen days. Additional marketing experience a bonus but not essential.

point of contact and strong client relationships are how Macadamia have been
