As our Senior Digital Designer, you will be based in Footscray and will work closely with our creative and project team. Your primary goals will be to
design the next generation of websites, apps, Digital Software solutions and
other mobile interfaces across multiple platforms.
We expect you to have an evolved
understanding of how people use their devices, the flexibility to adapt to new
technologies, and a robust design toolkit to innovate in this space.
This role is a full time position
commencing with a 3-month probation period.
You will be reporting to the Creative
Director and will be responsible for highly usable and
intuitive interface creation. Any concept you create will need to be
brand-consistent across all desktop and mobile experiences that our company
provides to our end users.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
Uni-Pro's is one of Australia's largest wholesale suppliers of painting tools and equipment. Proudly Australian, we are a family-owned and managed company. We aim to exceed expectations with the most comprehensive range of equipment for both D.I.Y and professional painters. An exciting opportunity has been created for a highly motivated marketing and sales support professional. Working in conjunction with our Marketing Director and National Sales Manager you will be assisting with a wide variety of our internal and external marketing activities. We are looking for a marketing all-rounder (with strong graphics experience) that's confident, capable and willing to successfully take on this new role.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the key responsibilities are:Prepare and coordinate monthly specials flyers for the sales teamPrepare customer trade day, conferences and expo materialMaintain specific customer catalogues for our sales teamContribute to and prepare general company presentationsMaintain Uni-Pro website including basic product information/imagesMaintain and update all pricing filesAdd product information / images to our accounting packagePrepare new product releasesSupport sales team with documentation, presentations and product informationPrepare monthly sales reports for sales and management team
Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:Qualifications in business administration, marketing or graphic design will be highly regarded.Previous experience in a similar role will also be highly regarded.

this role has significant creative and mentoring responsibility. You’ll be balancing your time between concept
work, designing ‘on the tools’, responding to briefs, overseeing the work of our
other designers, and being influential
in the team’s success by working closely with them in a mentoring and coaching
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
extremely creative, integrated designer with at least 5 years’ experience as a Senior Designer
in a creative or design agency. You’ll have an exceptional eye for detail, a strong
design ability across concept and execution, and be exceptional at articulating
ideas and communicating with a broad range of stakeholders.
be highly skilled in Adobe’s Creative Suite, Acrobat and MS Office (we’ll be asking
you to demonstrate your ability) and comfortable working quickly
and accurately while managing multiple priorities.
UI experience and working with interface is a must, while
producing video (including concept, storyboarding, production, and working with
Directors and Videographers) would be highly regarded.
