In this role you will support the company’s sales and marketing efforts by persistently cultivating leads and assisting marketing efforts. Your main responsibilities will be to identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails to companies big to small. To achieve this you will be asked to learn about the respective client, address their individual needs via emails and calls to ultimately set up appointments for the Business Development Manager.
You will educate the prospective clients on the product information and qualify the lead. You are expected to be self-motivated in acquiring referrals and further contact information where needed, while achieving realistic quarterly targets.

Louder Than Words is one of Sydney’s premiere video production companies. We
are a small but busy team with a focus on producing stories that help transform
our client’s businesses through social content, corporate videos and TV
Whilst we have an amazing family of contract staff whom we use on a project by
project basis, we currently have need for a highly talented, self starting and
creative all rounder to work full time from our beautiful Redfern studio.
Primarily we’re looking for someone who is a rising star on at edit suite. Expert
knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects & DaVinci is mandatory and experience
in Cinema 4D would be highly regarded. In your application we’ll be looking for
examples of motion graphics, beautifully cut live action, TV commercials that
you’ve cut and examples of compositing. Of course you’ll also need to have a
solid understanding of sound, including the ability to mix and master TV
To be right for this role you’ll need to be able to conduct a high quality edit quickly,
take a brief concisely and make decisions that will work towards a creative and
efficient end result. Whilst you’ll be working with our team most days, you will
need to have the skills to work with our clients when they come in for an edit and
occasionally be present at pitches to discuss your ideas.
Excitingly, you will also play a large role in the technical side of our company,
helping us to ensure that our edit suites are the best in the business. You will need
a strong level of technical know how and the ability to work with our Managing
Director to implement the best solutions on an ongoing basis.
Apart from the editing side of this role we are also looking for someone who
knows their way around a camera. Whilst we don’t expect camera operation to
play a large part in this role, it would be advantageous for you to be able to get out
and shoot for some projects. General knowledge of lighting, audio and general
camera techniques are needed.

The role is generally 8-5 Monday to Friday, with flexibility occasionally required for
unusual filming hours and edit deadlines.
Salary is set at $75K + super + work vehicle for company travel but may be
negotiable depending on experience.

About your skills and
Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or similar.
3+ years’ experience within a similar Digital Graphic Designing position
and/or a similar levelled roll.
A passion for all things digital with an innovative, creative flair!
Experience in responsive platform design.
Strong understanding of multi-platform digital marketing - this includes
web, e-newsletters, online campaigns and mobile applications.
Excellent skills with the Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Photoshop.
Good visual design skills (layout, typography, styling).
Experienced and competency in digital photography.
Strong command of the English language.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and can
work autonomously whilst meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail while working in a busy environment, meet
deadlines and multitask.
Highly organized, self-motivated and driven.
