looking for an energetic & highly organised Marketing Assistant and EA to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Director, in our
head office based on the Gold Coast.
In this multi-tasking role you
will be assisting a high level busy Company Director, so you will need confident communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to cope well under pressure in the fast paced entertainment industry. You will be an integral part of our small company, so a can-do attitude is a must!
Specific Marketing responsibilities, under
the direction of the Director, will include (but not limited to) liaison with project Advertising Agencies, PR consultants, ticketing companies, web designers, graphic designers, and event companies in relation to iEC’s exhibition
and entertainment projects. The role
will also assist with the planning, execution and monitoring of entertainment project marketing campaigns, and ticket sales strategies . You will also be
required to oversee Social Media and Digital marketing activities and having
skills in the following areas is highly desirable – basic website design experience (word press) and managing website content via our CMS; basic graphic design skills
using InDesign and photo shop; experience in managing content for our project's social media channels; and our corporate channels.
