We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Projects Team in our head office based in Alexandria. This role will see you performing a varied range of duties such as:Handling incoming new client enquiries, providing advice in regards to dimensions of products and their availabilityLiaising with clients, suppliers and internal operations teamsDeveloping, preparing and providing quotesFollowing up, seeking and gaining client approval on jobsWorking to budgets and deadlines that can sometimes prove challengingSupervising on-site installationsCompleting all necessary paperwork accurately and efficientlyDebriefing with internal and external clients on completion of jobs
Key skills required include:Experience in estimating, set / exhibition constructionWorking knowledge of staging, drapes & set construction within the events industryThe ability to deal with clients at all levels.Good understanding of exhibition stand builds.Good internal/external communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility in response to work situations – problem solving ability.Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to excellent customer service standards within team.The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComputer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; CAD Drawing, Vectorworks, Sketch Up etc. Knowledge of RentalPoint an advantage.
