As a freelance senior design consultant, I have partnered and worked with the L.A. Philharmonic, the University of Southern California, the Santa Ynez Chumash Tribe and their resorts, and Assembly Label Clothing among others over the past year.
Senior Director responsible for the design direction and development of partner brands and all advertising executions across print, digital and social. Verticals include Diageo, Nespresso, KitchenAid, Hardy Brothers, Jalna, Moro, Orchard, Circa, and Glad.
Oversaw and directed design executions for Australian name-brands, Sheridan and Sportscraft.
I was contracted by Estee Lauder as a freelance Art Director responsible for international, national and regional ad campaigns, in-store displays, point of sale, light boxes, risers and seasonal collection branding, logo development, direct mail, event collateral, digital ad and digital invitation design and direction for the M·A·C Cosmetics line, in addition to collaborating on the design of MACzine, their quarterly periodical.
I was contracted by Hearst Corporation New York to redesign Harper's Bazaar Magazine for it's March 2012 debut. This included a collaborative effort between myself and two other freelance art directors to establish new creative guidelines, new typefaces & grids, feature layout and design and front of book design.
As Art Director for 944 Media and Magazine I was responsible for the overall design direction and execution of 10 regional publications per month, producing cover photo shoots and select fashion & beauty photo shoots, illustrating custom covers, generating custom typography, and working collaboratively with all regional editors while managing budgets, timelines, production schedules and a department of six.
As Art Director for music magazine Filter, and it's secondary publications, Good Music Guide, and Ragged, I was responsible for working alongside the managing editor and editor in chief in laying out the entire magazine, collaborating on content, designing all features and covers, and producing photo shoots with the photo editor.
I was also responsible for the generation of all art work for the digital side of Filter, as well as independent agency clients being serviced by Filter and my department, inclusive of 360 campaigns for music festivals, and marketing initiatives.
