Vincent is a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society and has been a DOP for over 15 years, working across all formats, digital and film. He loves the collaborative spirit of filmmaking and can inspire his crew to achieve their best work while still sticking to budget and schedule.
Vincent has shot four feature films:
SACRED HEART (dir. Kosta Nikas) selected for the 2016 Shanghai International Film Festival and distributed by DevilWorks. The film stars David Field.
RIZ (dir. Shakthidharan and Guido Gonzales) selected for the 2015 Sydney Film Festival
MORTARS (dir. Iqbal Barkat) selected for the 2014 Arkipel Jakarta Documentary and Experimental Film Festival and distributed by Kanopy. Screened at Regent Cinema Murwillumbah NSW and Nambour Arthouse Cinema QLD.
DUSK (dir. Iqbal Barkat) selected for the 2006 Melbourne Underground Film Festival.
Vincent began his career in Singapore, creating short films and documentaries including AN AMERICAN CAT IN THE LION CITY about a jazz guitarist living in Singapore. Vincent moved to Australia in 1998 and created the production company Filigree Films with Iqbal Barkat.

Vincent's corporate work includes many music videos and educational films for Australian universities, including the re-enactments of large criminal trials for clients such as the Justice Research Centre of NSW and NSW Department of Justice. In 2011 he filmed and edited an 11-part TV series called Singer Songwriter Series which screened on TVSydney.
Vincent became an editor in 2002 having developed his storytelling skills of many years behind a camera.
In his previous life Vincent had a successful career as a barrister in Singapore. He won a landmark case in family law which was widely reported at the time.
