Working freelance as a nuke and shake operator has allowed me to work on
many big commercial film projects including most of the "Harry potter"
films, which are always fun to work on as they require a variety of diverse
skills from creating invisibility cloaks to making framed pictures animate.
Films like "Moon", "Kickass" and "Fantastic Mr Fox" have required a good old
fashioned 2d approach to greenscreen comps and live-action miniatures.
I've also worked on several character animated films such as "Where the Wild
Things Are", “Marmaduke” and "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" which require a very
specific skillset to incorporate multipass cg compositing and liveaction
projection with motion warping software to attain photo-real face/muzzle
