I have been freelancing since 2010 and decided to begin my own graphic design business during 2012. I rebranded to 'Ornamental Plum' at the start of 2013.
'That Design' is a student run graphic design studio that I was a part of during my graduating year. It allowed studio experience across a variety of roles including project management and graphic design as well as the opportunity to work on jobs individually and collaboratively. Designs that I produced during this time included event branding, corporate identity, book covers, posters, a 200+ page yearbook, as well as an end of year exhibition design piece.
Sponsored by the Sydney Adventist Hospital - I received this award and a $1000 cash prize for an abstract photography body of work that I created during my graduating year for the Creative Collective exhibition. (The award was won under my maiden name)
Sponsored by Signs Publishing - I won this award (including a $1000 cash prize) for my design piece created for our graduating year exhibition "Creative Collective". My design was a recipe book for which I cooked and photographed the dishes, designed and had printed.
This award was also for my graphic design piece in the Creative Collective exhibition. Those at the exhibition voted for their favourite piece on the night.
