Our strategy was to leverage off the sense of anticipation and excitement that has built up in the area to position The Hamilton as the place to experience it all. We needed to distil everything this new era of living represents into an equally exciting creative suite.
Across all of our marketing materials, we reimagined the traditional into something truly different to reflect the development’s offering.
Our creative direction used bold block colours and statement styling to capture The Hamilton’s unique lifestyle. From the studio backdrops to the trace cover on the brochure, every piece of collateral was carefully considered to reflect the next generation of living.
