About the project

Our challenge was to develop a naming, creative and branding strategy for a new 5.3 hectare masterplanned lifestyle and retail precinct in West End, Brisbane for Pradella.

The SMART idea was to establish the property development as the preeminent cultural precinct in Brisbane by leveraging off the location’s assets and highlighting the unique lifestyle on offer. As part of the overall strategy we also developed a hierarchy of names for future stages and apartment buildings that will be rolled out over the life of the development.
