Canberra Centenary Television is an Australian content television channel broadcast in the ACT and region on TransTV/iiNET (Channel 1), Nationally on Foxtel (Channel 183 : Aurora) & TV4 (National Free to Air Digital Channels 64 : Regional + 74 Metro : Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane) and was officially launched by then ACT Chief Minister Jon Stanhope on September 1st 2005. The channel broadcasts a comprehensive and entertaining catalogue of material that profiles government initiatives, community groups, sport, entertainment, businesses, attractions, charities and their services to the Australian community. The channel also provides a forum for the broadcasting of television commercials, community service announcements, public notices and general interest profiles and also undertakes production of material for non-public broadcast purposes.
As Executive Producer/Director Stephen is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the channel, it’s clients and its employees and contractors. He is also responsible for the instigation, management and development of station and client based initiatives, including but not limited to:
Develop and produce broadcast program content to station and ACMA guidelines.
Develop and produce program content as well as marketing and sales strategies for growth of the station and client brands.
Maintain and strengthen a large portfolio of government, private and individual clients in broadcast and non-broadcast environments.
Manage, mentor and motivate staff of all levels and responsibilities.
Oversee the management of all project budgets.
