My role is as offline editor of short-form web content for ethical business and NGO’s, as well as co-facilitator of Sydney storytelling workshops. Teaching end-to-end video production to corporate and start-up students wishing to use film as an engagement tool.

Launched outreach program to teach newly arrived refugee teenagers from Syria, Afghanistan and Somalia rock climbing in Berlin to aid the cultural integration process.
Feature length doco assistant editor - sorting, importing, syncing, assembling (offline, act-structure, storyboarding, receiving direction from directors and senior editors), normalising audio, and handling the general organisation of the editing room/process.
Currently in production of "Search for Onoda", an independent documentary about Hiroo Onoda, the Japanese WWII officer who refused to surrender, surviving on Lubang island Philippines until 1972.
This is a participant narrative documentary that will explore those lost years on Lubang through the experiences of both the islanders and Onoda himself, and make sense of those years in the present, as a legacy of war and consequence for future generations and the on-going relationship between the Philippines and Japan.

Hello! I'm a storyteller, editor, producer and camera coach based in Sydney.
I have 5yrs freelance experience editing short-form web films and feature length documentary. Accustomed to crafting a complete, polished film from hours of raw rushes. I also manage productions from start to finish, co-direct, assistant edit, and co-facilitate storytelling workshops here in Sydney.
Experienced working with social business and non-for-profits, Universities, health providers, First Peoples, Syrian, Afghani and Somalian refugees (within Australia and Germany), change-makers, activists, and people with primary disabilities.
Passionate about human rights (especially upholding them for First Peoples and refugees), peace journalism, using storytelling to create better world, the healing arts, and rock climbing.
