For this assessment we were asked to complete a user experience case study on country road’s current web site. The current site has some user issues which we needed to assess and adjust in order to create conversion of the rate of their website. With my partner we conducted user testing and produced strategies according to these. Once we had completed this we developed new user experience maps which we developed a user interface solution and prototype for.
Our solution’s were based around critical conversion points on the website. Such as the homepage hierachy and navigation bar, sub navigation bar hierachy, side cart usability, sizing guide usability and checkout options. These were all adjusted according to our initial user tests and adjusted to work more functionally in order to create conversion.
