About the project

Subaru Australia approached Digitalinc with a unique problem.

“How do we explain to our customer base the technologically advanced engineering contained within each of our vehicles in an innovative and engaging way?”

Coupled with this request was the fact that every 5 years, Subaru seeks to refresh and reinvigorate its dealer network through a Network Development review (ND10) of dealer performance, standards compliance, facilities, brand representation and customer amenities.

Digitalinc worked with Subaru to understand the core issue and through a series of workshops proposed the ARIS platform as the clear solution to the persistent communication issue faced at the dealer level.

Digitalinc then set about designing and building a state of the art media broadcast and communication system covering the entire country of Australia. With over 100+ dealerships spreads across every corner of the country, Digitalinc project managed the system roll out which included the installation of over 300 46” LCD panels into the showroom in strategically selected locations and the provisioning of over 100+ high-speed DSL connections on Digitalinc’s private IP IBC network. Content was produced to explain the 5 USP’s that are specific to Subaru, and a communication and incentive program included into the core application suite – ARIS.

The success of the program can be seen with the on-going investment Subaru is making into the ARIS platform and the expansion of the program to include all aspects of the business like service and finance products.
