One of Australia's first service design firms, Proto Partners has worked with clients such as Virgin Mobile Australia and McGrath Real Estate. As part of the design team, I was responsible for creating visual outcomes that made the complex data sets collected valuable for the client. This included creating unique Customer Journey Maps, persona visualisation, and other visual media as required.

In a team with Fiona Learned and Josephine Lie, we underwent a 24 hour design challenge focused on creating inspiring infographics. Along with many other student teams, we worked through the night to develop a comprehensive yet easily understandable infographic to represent the future of medical resources in Australia.
