Rapid Prototype Jewelery

Part of a joint elective done with Fine Arts student in RMIT, we used the beauty of rapid prototyping to create one off Jewelery pieces. We first sketched and develop ear ring and pendant design before using CAD (Solidworks) to visualize our designs. From there such rapi prototype machines and traditional jewelery devices such as the laser cutter, wax printers, metal casting, 3D powder printer and hand skills were used to create our pieces.
