I started my career in London working on the BRIT Awards, then as Strategy & Development Manager for MTV Networks Australia, where I planned and spearheaded the team that launched two new local channels in New Zealand, MTV and Nickelodeon.
Most recently I was head of Marketing for MTV Networks New Zealand from 2006-2008, overseeing all areas of marketing activity.
In 2008 I returned to Sydney to launch The Loop with my great friend Matt Fayle! The rest, as they say, is history!
Managed all areas of MTV Networks New Zealand marketing activity including traditional and digital B2C marketing initiatives, online and offline public relations and events, reporting directly to the General Manager

Event Coordinator of the 25th Anniversary BRIT Awards, Britain’s most acclaimed music award ceremony.
Headhunted by the GES direct from university and selected from a shortlist of 5000 applicants via a three-day intensive selection process. Seconded to the Home Office, supplying economic analysis and advice on all areas of Home Office operations, particularly in the area of illegal drugs and prostitution.
Won a Silver ANZ PROMAX for Best Innovative Idea for the MTV Mile High Gig. The concept also won Air NZ Best Online Ad campaign at the 2007 Peopleâs Choice NetGuide Web Award and ZM Radio Best Radio Promotion at the 2007 TRN Radio Awards.
