Aims to engage in processes and develop solutions that focus on delivering effective quality outcomes with detail, evaluation and analysis at the core.


Natalia has been involved in design practice since 2004. She has a solid background in graphic design gained through Diploma of Graphic Design, experience of working at organisations and running a freelance practice. To expand her knowledge and creative thinking abilities, Natalia has completed a Bachelor of Environmental/Spatial Design degree. Her interest in creative arts has spread over the years drawing attention to management and innovation fields encouraging her to undertake a Masters program in Design Management at COFA, University of New South Wales.

Further studies increased her interest in the importance of management in creative practice concerning the health of both individuals and organisations. To develop a deeper understanding, Natalia became a co-creator of the Arts Interview project (www.artsinterview.com) with an aim of providing management resources to support individuals and their creative practice.

At the completion of Masters degree, her final research paper on Brand Reputation and Client Relationship Management has been accepted for presentation and publishing into 2011 International Design Management Symposium at Hong Kong in December.

Currently, as a graduate, Natalia is seeking professional opportunities that will provide new knowledge and experience in the field of creativity and design with a focus on management, and enable to apply creative thinking into such practice.
