Monique Germon is a Multi-Disciplinary Artist who also works as a Production Designer, Store Proprietor, Creative Consultant, Writer & Art Director.

Monique works primarily under an idea-based practice of story-telling. This translates through photography, writing & art direction often incorporating contradiction, irony and a tragicomic perspective. Her work tends to also focus on the constraints that accompany the prejudices of personal narratives.

Her trademark aesthetic has appeared in print, online and through film; most recently the Tasmanian production ‘Exit, Pursued By a Bear’ (Screen Australia/WAT) by Sara Pensalfini.

Monique currently lives in The Southern Highlands of NSW.
