We're looking for a passionate, experienced and hard working individual to fill the new full-time Mid Weight Digital Designer role. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years digital agency experience designing digital banners, eDMs, landing pages and websites/apps (NB: we are not looking for branding, print and graphic designers). A sense of humour and fit with our agency's fun team and culture is also an important factor.
Rysen specialise in strategy, UX, design and development of websites, eCommerce, apps, social media and digital marketing solutions. Urban Couture is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Sydney to work in a progressive and dynamic business. We operate a nationwide furniture and homewares business with a showroom in Surry Hills and a rapidly expanding e-commerce website.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns including content marketing with an organic/SEO focus, paid online advertising, maintenance of the website digital assets to drive online sales, social media strategy across multiple channels; and email marketing lead generation.
The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in actively growing and being part of an ecommerce business.
Write, source and edit content to keep the digital assets fresh and relevant using SEO principles.
Create Copy for eDM’s, landing pages, ads, blog posts, SEM ads, Social content.
Manage and execute organic search strategies across Google and Bing.
Large focus on working across all Google SEM/SEO products including–Analytics, Search Console, Adwords, Retargeting, Shopping, and Tag Manager.
Develop social media strategies to drive engagement and customer growth across multiple platforms – with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Advertising on social media platforms.
Identify and implement efforts across other digital channels including affiliate-marketing programs.
Conduct analysis and report key insights into competitor activity.
Analyse all digital campaigns, online sales, and performance through monitoring daily, monthly and quarterly key metrics.
Set and meet key targets for online conversions, user and database growth, and engagement.
Experience in establishing and growing an effective e-commerce website.
Proven experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM including Display, remarketing, video, segmentation, targeting, reporting and analytics.
Demonstrate experience in customer engagement through email marketing and social media. Shopping cart abandonment experience is always a plus.
Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) best practices.
Knowledge of leveraging additional 3rd party tools to enhance conversion rates (Crazy Egg, Moz etc).
Experience with a CMS – Wordpress or Magento, or other similar platforms.
Experience with CRM tools and systems.
At least 3-5 years of SEO/SEM experience is required.
Website development skills - HTML, CSS.
Adobe Photoshop/In-Design/Illustrator is an advantage.
