This Junior UI Designer role is a permanent position with immediate start.
Reporting to our Senior UX designer, you will:
design delightful product experiences
create and refine the UI of OpenAgent’s products and internal tool
produce UI guidelines ensuring consistency between all platforms and products
create high-quality design assets such as icons, social media elements, and display advertising
work closely with our product and marketing team to help improve our products and landing pages through A/B testing

We are looking
for a talented UI/UX Digital Designer to join our expanding team. The key focus of the role will be to create
first class user experiences for our web and mobile apps.
Work with stakeholders to
understand business requirements and draft wireframes/IA
Translate business requirements
into amazing visual designs
concepts/mockups/prototypes for client pitches
Design and maintain Wave’s
Assisting clients with branding
development and creative direction
we will be looking for in the successful candidate:
· Great eye for digital design
· Excellent knowledge of using
Photoshop and other design tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch etc.
Clear understanding of
constraints (and opportunities) of designing for digital products (experience
working closely with developers is highly desirable)
Excellent communication skills
and the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders
An intuitive understanding of
user experience and interactive wireframe design
A good knowledge of current
trends, techniques and best practices and an active interest in emerging
a strong understanding of
typography, typographic hierarchy and iconography

talented interface designer to join our creative team.
Reporting to the Digital Head of Art, you will be responsible for:
beautifully crafted work across all things digital; including websites, tablet,
mobile, apps, banners, eDM’s, or other new technologies.
to create clever and interesting solutions.
Adhering to most current best practice standards.
Understanding to respect brand guidelines whilst finding ways to push it.
Looking for ways to streamline tasks using existing tools, technology or
highest standards of digital design and communication.
Taking ownership of projects and working with other team members to make
sure the design integrity is maintained throughout the project
5+ years experience as a Digital Designer.
Strong understanding of interface design and UX.
Experience in InDesign
An interest in emerging technology
Understanding of HTML & CSS (ideally with experience creating HTML5
Motion graphics applications advantageous but not critical.
Problem solving ability with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong creativity and design skills.
Positive attitude. Must be a nice person!
