Reporting to and working closely
with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of
tasks to ensure the firms online marketing remains at the forefront of this
highly competitive vertical.

We have an exciting new role for a UI/UI Designer for our CareerOne office in Surry Hills. This is an initial 3-month contract and could extend from thereafter.
This individual is expected to provide highly creative ideas and contributions to the application development and continuous improvement of the Company's website, and to engage in activities to develop their professional skills and capability within CareerOne.
The successful candidate will be innovative, quick-thinking, top-notch in interaction UX and visual design skills, and continuously eager to learn more about what is happening in the mobile and online space. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work fast-paced environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
Key Responsibilities:The core role of the UX/UI Designer includes but is not limited to: Gaining an in-depth knowledge of end-user experience and expected product behaviour / deliverables Collaborate with product management and research and development to create user-centred design for software projects by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings; clearly define and translate those into design concepts for compelling interactions and user experience Participate in adding value to creative, business, and technical discussions by eliciting stakeholder requirements Facilitate design, concept and prototype sessions; develop an effective and efficient prototyping/storyboard process (including wireframes, flow charts and mock-ups) to communicate user experience visions to stakeholders Document functional/business requirements and prototype user experience and interaction specifications Researching technology and interaction design trends in order to recommend effective solutions which bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Participating in and delivering outcomes for other projects as may from time to time be assigned Researching interaction design trends Researching technology trends
