Wanted: Mid-weight Graphic/Digital Designer

Are you tired of internal politics and egos at big agencies? Are you capable of more than your current 'job restriction' allows for?
We are a boutique digital communications agency located in Surry Hills, looking for a talented mid-weight digital designer.
You will be the only full-time designer so you’ll have plenty of chances to flex your creative muscle and transition to a senior role if you’ve got what it takes.
On offer is a collaborative and flexible work environment, with a number of high profile brands in travel, fashion, consumer electronics plus a range of other consumer products (and we’re all charming, interesting folk as well).
This role requires all the usual designer stuff (which is important in order to land this role), but really, we are interested in you.
What do you bring to the table that will enhance the agency and help us create great work that we can all be proud of?
There is no 'right' answer to this but we reckon we'll all just know when the fit is right.
A quick note on what we are looking for:
• 3+ years experience
• Strong creative thinking and outstanding conceptual skills, across digital and integrated campaigns.
• Experience across most digital channels including websites, facebook, mobile, EDMS and the odd banner
• Some UX experience is desirable but not critical
• A strong understanding of digital production processes and techniques
• A genuine passion for digital media and design (and an eagle-eye for detail).
• The ability to work closely with a small team of dedicated digital natives.
