You will utilise 3D modelling,
texturing and lighting to create emotive photoreal imagery, test and investigate
new software/techniques, utilise post production software, liaise with clients
to form an understanding of outcomes for each project and seek out new ways of
delivering to our clients.

Responsible for visual presentation of sets. Establish
& maintain professional & consistent standards for the TVSN on air identity.
Create timely merchandise displays across all sets and create an aesthetically
pleasing shopping experience for the customer to maximise revenue. Sourcing of props &
materials when required.. Work within set and props budget. Maintain an organised,
tidy & safe work environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS OF THE JOB ROLE:
1. Develop and maintain styles for
particular on-air ‘departments’.
2. Work closely with the Studio Floor
Creative Manager to deliver live sets that reflect the monthly planning
sessions between Category Managers, Category Producers and the Creative Team.
3. Provide creative solutions within budget
and time constraints. Sourcing props and materials when required.
4. Present ideas/themes to Studio Floor
Creative Manager & translate into tangible sets and props.
5. Maintain the TVSN brand identity, each
individual external brands identity while keep the product as hero.
6. Provide guidance to Floor Coordinators
regarding dressing sets & maintaining TVSN style.
7. Consult with Producers regarding themes
for sets and props, meeting specific prop requirements when required.
8. Liaise with Director, Lighting Director
& Technical Director regarding set elements, based on technical
implications when required.
9. Prepare and display graphic work for use
10. Allocate set placement daily and display
for the crew’s information.
11. Maintain an organised, tidy & safe

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
2-3 years VM Experience.
Knowledge of set/prop sourcing,
suppliers and set/prop prices.
Ability to maintain sets and

Training in visual
Familiar with standard
concepts, practices & procedures within the merchandise field
Floor Coordinators - provide training and
guidelines/standards for dressing sets and light boxes, supervise dressing of
daily sets and coordinate roster for dressing of sets.
Director / Lighting Director / Technical Director – liaise re lighting requirements/possibilities, provide information
about detail of sets to allow planning of shows.
Camera Operators - get advice on shooting
limitations as they impact on set placement.
Producer - understand producer's
requirements, provide creative ideas, provide information about
logistical/budget implications, and obtain feedback following shows.
Studio Floor Creative Manager-
receive guidance related to standards and consult on new set concepts. Receive
information regarding budget availability, consult on/budget cost implications
of set/prop requirements, and receive advice across accountabilities, including
set options, troubleshooting. Receive creative planning notes from Category
Managers and Producers.
Prop Supply / Staging Companies - source/hire
props, negotiate pricing and service agreements and organise delivery of props.
