experienced and engaging Customer Experience Assistant / Receptionist, to join our tight knit team in our Melbourne Showroom.
P.Johnson Tailors is a leading Australian
menswear brand, and recent winner of the Woolmark Company’s prestigious
Woolmark Award. We have three showrooms based in Sydney, Melbourne and New
York, and we cater to clients in Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Singapore, Los
Angeles and London.
Our Customer Experience Assistant will be responsible
for the smooth operation and management of both our Sydney and Melbourne
Showrooms. This role focuses heavily on client enquiries via the phone and
email, stock and showroom logistics, as well as team travel, both overseas and
This person will consistently
provide our clients with the highest level of service, and will support our
tailors and managerial staff in setting up and fulfilling operational
procedures. They will be tech-savvy, possess an engaging phone manner, and will
be confident multitasking.
We are looking for someone who thrives on
customer experience and satisfaction, with at least 1+ year in a similar retail
management role. You must possess a passion for team success and the retail
industry, be eager to please, and love dogs.

For 20 years, we at Comfortel, have been providing the hairdressing and beauty industry across Australia and NZ with high-end furniture and equipment. With a passionate, innovative industrial designer joining our team, you will be part of creating the next generation of products that truly impact salon fit-outs and interiors.
Responsible for product development from concept, to prototype, to final product, your design is driven by style and flair ensuring our brand is communicated through every aspect of the products you design.
You are a self-starter who wants to work across all the disciplines involved with industrial design, and not just be limited to one aspect such as drawings.
Other tasks included in the role include:
Design of products for the salon professional market including furniture, equipment and accessories.
Solving problems through innovative design, with focus on simple elegant solutions
Working with overseas (Taiwan and China based) manufacturing.
Documentation (development of assembly and user manuals) to support the product through manufacture, assembly, installation and maintenance of products in the field
3D / CAD drawings of existing products for sales and marketing use
A degree or diploma in Industrial Design
3+ years experience using 3D CAD software; either Inventor or Solidworks
A high level of proficiency and detail with 3D modelling and rendering
Thorough understanding of engineering drawings
Experience in a product design or similar technical role
Knowledge of the product development process (concept development through to volume production)
Dealing with overseas suppliers
Passionate with positive attitude and work ethic
Keen sense of aesthetics and design
Great sketching and rendering skills

We are developing a new elearning module. We need a graphic designer to make it look great. You will need to work on this over the next 3-4 days. From today (Tuesday 24th Nov) to Saturday 28th Nov.
We need graphics for around 10 slides (pages). We have created mock ups, and colours so you will need to develop graphics and a look that matches our brand.
We see the process being mostly in template development and then, once this is confirmed you will create the other slides.
You will need to be able to put in the hours during this time and chat on the phone etc about the project.
