the dynamic nature of the digital world, the e-Commerce environment is in an
exciting phase of development and its dedicated team is expected to embrace
change, show initiative, and develop new processes to enable this growth.
An exciting leadership opportunity has become available within the
e-Commerce division for a passionate and driven e-Commerce Manager. This role
will be responsible for executing the strategic planning and coordination of
the e-Commerce activities in Australia and will be accountable for the
e-business in terms of revenue growth, margin, marketing spend & brand
awareness, business development, supervision of distribution logistics and
customer care service levels. As such, the ideal candidate must be commercially
driven whilst being operationally proficient and able to work effectively in a
matrix environment. It is also critical for this role to establish consumer
trust in shopping on GUCCI.com and delivering an experience that befits a

Grimshaw is currently looking for a talented and
ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to provide creative solutions and to
produce high quality submissions and marketing collateral. You would also
provide creative solutions for internal communication initiatives.
You will assist the practice by producing print initiatives
to include mail shots, practice update brochures, awards submissions,
invitations and exhibition panels. Support partners, letterhead &
architects in preparing artwork for reports and other presentation materials.
To be successful in this role you need to:
At least 2 Graphic design experience with understanding of business
Strong multi-tasking, organization, typographic and layout
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to work autonomously and towards tight deadlines
This position will be based in our Melbourne office.
