We have an exciting opportunity for a User Experience Designer to join and contribute to our mission of being the #1 Online Beauty Destination in Australia and New Zealand. You will play a critical role in building and shaping the digital experience for our customers across a wide variety of touchpoints, including our Ecommerce websites, mobile app and in-store digital interactions.

Key responsibilities include:
Researching the MECCA customer and developing and maintaining personasDesigning the end to end user experience for MECCA’s Ecommerce websites & mobile appDesigning and developing designs for company-wide cross channel initiativesCollaborating with digital design teams to deliver user-focused designs to support ongoing content and promotionsCollaborating with the development team on the implementation of new designsPlanning and delivering user research and usability studiesTHE PERFECT PROFILE

A tertiary qualification in multimedia design or related disciplineMinimum of 2 years’ experience working with UX in an Ecommerce environment (omni-channel preferred)Proficiency in creating interactive wireframes, prototypes, storyboards and user flowsAn exceptional eye for design and creation of attractive user interfacesExperience in building personasExperience in conducting user testing in order to draw insights on design prototypesExperience in gathering and interpreting behavioural data to inform decision making around the user experienceProficiencies with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Axure or related toolAbility to work with a variety of stakeholders within the business, including technical, commercial, marketing and designHTML5 and CSS3 experience a plusON OFFER TO YOU
