Australian driving license and a reliable car is a must.
Having your own camera and equipment is a plus but not essential.
We produce over 2000 videos a year from commercial work to property videos and TV shows.
Property videos make up about 80% of our work and is a vital aspect to our growing business.
You will be filming property videos on a daily basis and occasionally filming our commercial and corporate work.
We are after someone:
- general intelligence
- people skills
- well dressed and hygienic
Because you will be dealing with real estate agents on a daily basis people skills are a must. You will be required to give direction to the agents when shooting them. (we will train you here)
Being on time is so important as you will be shooting 5-6 property videos a day and will need to manage your time from property to property.
There will be opportunities to shoot our commercial and TV shows we produce, however we are focusing on the property videos for now.
Extensive training will be provided.
Editing skills is also a plus however we have full time editors. You may be required to help out.
A typical day would include:
-receiving on your smart phone the agents name and property address for each shoot on an app.
-arriving at a property 15mins before the shoot
-shooting the property interiors and exteriors as well as the agents opening and closing speil and voice over.
-managing your time to allow for the drive to the next shoot.
- shooting lifestyle footage and timelapse of the surrounding key landmarks in the area of each property.
-bring the footage back to the office and transfer onto our network.
-reporting any issues with clients.
-brainstorming new ideas on how to create better videos for our clients.
The hours you work will be up and down, during spring the hours might be longer as that's our busy time of the year shooting from 9am to 8pm during daylight savings may happen. However in winter a typical day is 11am to 4pm. Each day will be different depending on bookings. There will be opportunities to make extra income as well. We are a young team and have a fun working environment. We are fair and take care of everyone that works for us. We will always do the right thing by you and we expect the same level of respect. We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about filming and wants to help us grow.
Great attention to detail is important as we have extremely high standards when we film.
You must be able to change and adapt your style of shooting to our companies style.
Working fast is also important as we have to film so many properties a day.

You will be also working out of this creative office, with colour grading suits, photography studio, recording studio, we have beer & cider on tap, cereal, apples and weekly yoga, open 24/7.
