With the exciting news of the launch of the BMF Studios in Chippendale, we are looking for a stand out Senior Retoucher with retail photography experience.

Leading a team of Retouchers, you must have extensive experience running of fast paced retouching department. These roles will be based in BMF’s offices in Pyrmont, working closely with the team at the Studio.

You will come with strong technical expertise is essential in this role coupled with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.

You must be able to manage and have extensive experience in post production, retouching and supply of all images shot in studio. It is imperative that you have excellent understanding of lighting & shadow dynamics and a full knowledge of working in RGB, CMYK and spot colour spaces. As well as a thorough understanding of automated workflow in regards to ftp delivery, low res, conversions and uploads.

Must haves –

• Experience running a team of retouchers
• Have worked in a busy retouching department
• Co-ordinating and recruiting freelancers
• Experience in dealing with clients
