• Permanent, full time position
• Based at Foxtel Television Centre, North Ryde
•
The purpose of this role is to oversee all adult movie content and promotional material for broadcast on Adults Only and Foxtel On Demand.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing all adult content ready for broadcast
• Classifying all adult content according to Australian Television Classification Guidelines
• Making classification edits personally to content via AVID desktop editing
• Dealing with any technical issues with the content in edit
• Liaising with distributors to ensure content is delivered in acceptable broadcast standards
• Overseeing ingest and playout of all materials
• Creating and maintaining all relevant paperwork and documentation for content
• Creating promos, interstitial content and channel ID's for on air and online
• Working with internal departments to attend to any issues that may arise
• Maintaining promotional content on channel website
• Work with Programmer to deliver a compelling channel offering to our subscribers
What we'll be looking for in our ideal candidate...
• Senior Producer level - between 3-5 years experience
• AVID Desktop Editing or equivalent experience
• Classification experience
• Familiarity with new delivery formats
• Ability to think creatively
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Strong communication skills with internal and external clients
• Ability to work consistently under pressure to established deadlines
