We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who makes stuff happen rather than waiting around for someone else to initiate. An agile, strategic thinker to join our bunch of sparky, clever people.

Working closely with all areas of the agency, clients and delivery partners, the SAM is responsible for the commercial, strategic and operational management of accounts in their portfolio. You’ll be an expert in all facets of digital communications (web, mobile, social, advertising, etc), ideally also with experience in traditional.

Day to day you’ll develop insightful communications strategies, manage senior client relationships to drive organic growth along with managing a small team of account managers, with support from a Senior Account Director, Client Service Director and the Managing Director. You’ll love guiding both clients and the team through quality execution and getting amongst the work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Head of Strategy, Creative Director and other discipline staff to develop strategic solutions and ideas to client’s business problems.
• Strategically manage senior client relationships with the view to driving organic growth on accounts in one’s portfolio and the best opportunities to do great work.
• Effectively assess and champion creative ideas from inception through to execution – with the ability to guide and iterate with internal teams and clients alike throughout the delivery process, across all channels.
• Manage and mentor a small team of account managers in communications strategy and account management.

6years + experience in an agency is essential.
