Shillington Masterclass is a 16 week part-time course for practising graphic designers wanting to expand their design skills, increase their creative confidence and improve their portfolio.
We’re currently on the lookout for a top-shelf Senior Designer to join our dynamic Masterclass teaching team in Sydney.

Our ideal candidate will be:
- A highly motivated Senior Designer who enjoys art directing and sharing their passion and professional knowledge with junior/mid-weight designers.

Our ideal candidate should have:
- A passion for design.
- Minimum 8 years experience
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating a broad range of industry experience and a diverse skill set
- Excellent conceptual skills
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for typography and design principles
- Leadership qualities
- Self motivation
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS

Lecturing role is part-time on Saturdays. Prior teaching experience is not essential.
