We’re looking for a full-time Senior Designer / Art director who is a conceptual thinker, problem solver and storyteller.

Using your talent, experience and amazing communications skills you will be helping us to change results for some of the worlds leading brands.
You will have a relentless commitment to quality creative output and its role in building our clients brands and our own.
You will be working collaboratively with our Directors; who are all about Brand Strategy and Brilliant results.

- A motivated, passionate and strategic Senior Designer/ Art Director ready to step up.
- Equipped with a diverse and noteworthy portfolio.
- Able to manage, mentor and inspire creative thinkers around you.
- Able to communicate creative rationales confidently to clients.
- Able to comprehend the commercial intricacies underpinning the creative department and manage business acumen.
- A passionate brand warrior.
- Are a natural leader that’s able to mix it up with the team and able to develop great internal/ external relationships.
- Able to drive and develop creative, while adhering to corporate guidelines
- Experienced, with a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years + industry background.
And you will be:
- Leading the day-to-day management of the creative studio, that provides full service offering.
- Managing a team of talented staff; motivating, mentoring and challenging them.
- Working across our agency client portfolio in addition to a range of our business network, including our own FMCG product and action sports event.
- Consulting and presenting to clients – mapping out strategy and creative ideas.
- Driving creativity and strategic thinking for the department across all mediums.
