The Research Manager is a pivotal role across all levels of Ten, responsible for preparing insightful and meaningful reports for the heads of Sales, Programming, Marketing and Corporate. The role also leads and motivates a team towards both individual and collective goals.
To succeed in this role you will have previously held accountability for research, analysis and reporting within the media industry, preferably in television audience measurement. This senior experience will have given you exposure to software such as Arianna, Landsberry and James Suite or TechEdge AdvantEdge.
You will be experienced in collating and analysing data to then prepare "value-add" reports for all levels of management. You will also be experienced with at least some of the following sales / behaviour research analytics:
• Nielsen Panorama/Consumer & Media Views (Clear Decisions) or
• Roy Morgan Single Source/Asteroid
• Q-Research Software (Statistical)
• Landberry & James AQX (Advertising Expenditure)
• Nielsen AdViews (Advertising Expenditure) or
Media and agency experience is desirable. Additional experience in digital/online audience measurement and Research skills will be beneficial.
