Digital & Communications Coordinator is a newly created role based in
CUFA’s North Sydney office, and is responsible for the creation of relevant and
compelling content and communications for both online and offline consumption. Reporting to the Deputy CEO & Head of
Fundraising, the role is charged with responsibility for the websites, social
media channels and other channels managed by CUFA. The role will seek to tell CUFA’s stories,
build profile, and engage donors and stakeholders through regular and timely
ideal candidate will be an ambitious and creative digital storyteller, looking
to take their not-for-profit career to the next level. It would suit someone with 2-3 years’
experience ready for a new challenge. The

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and
assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based
on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer
experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to

Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns implementation &
