Alfred is an independent creative production company that works predominantly in the arts, entertainment and creative industries and is seeking an experienced and skilled Event Production Manager to join the team; on a permanent or freelance basis.

As Production Manager at Alfred, your overall responsibility will be to manage productions to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
End to end Production Management of live events
Technical direction and oversight
Technical input on construction methods to deliver or improve creative vision
Appointing and managing production partners and suppliers
Oversee quality control of team and partners
Budget scoping, negotiation and job cost management
Production critical paths, scheduling and logistics
CAD drawing and documentation
Health & Safety oversight and management
Strong Project Management skills
Skills + Experience:
An expert in event production and technical direction (ideally within the arts, music, entertainment or creative industries)
High level knowledge of construction for temporary and permanent installations in public spaces
Well organised with financial and administration skillsAbility to multitask, troubleshoot and have strong stakeholder management skills
Proficient in CAD and ideally 3DExperience of 3+ and 5+ years will be considered
