Responsible for project management and administration of these projects.
In consultation with the General Manager and Marketing Manager, responsible
definition and management of the project scope, determines project goals and
outcomes, assemble and validate technology and capital resources, and measure
and report performance.
Project Managing external contractors (developers, design agencies etc)
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and
assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based
on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer
experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and
perspective for adoption where appropriate
Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for
all internal website queries.
Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to
date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct,
updated and in line with trading at all times.
Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and
target specific markets
Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news
articles and keyword rich pages.
Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns implementation &

Co-ordinate all website activity with international and 3rd party
