We need you to understand our business - who we are, what we do and how we do it differently - we also need you to be onboard for where we are heading, you will be a vital part of our growing vision. You also have to understand our clients and their needs. You will be excited by the B2B sector and eager to learn about the industries we work in. You will thrive on building relationships and creating business opportunities with our key points of contact - understanding their marketing and brand needs at the micro and marco level. It is imperative that you use your initiative and foresight where you are one or two steps ahead of the game by identifying possible problems before they occur. You will manage our clients expectations at every stage of a project and love driving a timeline to delivery to help ensure that the quality of the work is high, projects are run efficiently, communications are clear and the process is both smooth and fun!
Of course you will need to have excellent listening and communication skills, know when to choose your battles, love brand and design, print and new media and understand that we are on the same path as the client working towards the common goal.
The role requires you to raise cost estimates, manage budgets, attend meeting on your own, keeping a number of small to medium sized projects tracking at once. The ideal person must have 2-3 years industry experience. You'll be a team player for small company doing big things.
