JOB OVERVIEW
Big Richard is seeking the urgent assistance of an experienced project manager/marketing co-ordinator to assist us this week with planning AND execution of a few critical marketing related tasks for an upcoming event and associated product launch.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT TASKS
• Key tasks include producing collateral, organising delivery, managing output from creatives and more.
- Liasing with our contractors and suppliers to get key tasks completed on time
• Plan and schedule project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on a tight deadline
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
THE CANDIDATE
• A minimum of 2 years experience in either project management, digital production or project coordination
• A proven track record in successful delivery of projects
• Detail oriented with a strong mind for marketing
• Highly organized, excellent time management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• An ability to work across concurrent projects
• A flair for creative problem solving
