Our Be Viacom team is a creative team who work with agencies and clients to conceptualise content and communication strategies.
You will be tasked with the effective management of all production elements of projects and will ideally have experience with on air and digital.
In this role you would be responsible for:
•Project Management of multi-platform campaigns.
•External stakeholder management and internal coordination with our Production, Marketing and Digital teams as well as our Ad Sales house.
•Pre and post production schedules, booking talent & crew, travel, call sheets & budget estimates
•Digital production management including; microsites, advertising banners, pre rolls, social networking and client integration
•Managing all bookings with external suppliers and freelancers and negotiating rates and deadlines
•Budget management including purchase orders, invoicing, expenses, reconciliations and charge backs
•Working with our HR, Legal and Finance teams to manage contracting and payment of all freelancers
•Liaising with our legal department with regards to rights and clearances of all material
•Facilities Management including; Audio, Avid, After Effects and Voice Over
•Coordinate and book any travel required
