Nest (Sydney), working primarily with not-for-profit organisations, charities and government departments in the areas of social change, public awareness and education.
We're looking for a versatile, dynamic and intelligent person to provide full-time
administrative and production support for our day-to-day operations.
responsibilities in the position will include:
- Working with the executive team to write proposals
and reports for clients
- Phone and email liaison with radio stations and TV networks
when pitching new initiatives and supplying content
- Developing radio, TV and online video campaign scripts
- Developing and maintaining company databases
- General office support for a small team.
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication
skills mixed with an ability to work under pressure are vital assets for this role.

Every week you will be charged with raw key imagery and given
the challenge to transform an idea into cutting edge product release campaign
that is then used in various media channels including our e-commerce website,
International EDM campaigns, social media, outdoor advertising and print
publications seen by a global audience. The role will also support the Sales
and Web Development team for both digital content and marketing initiatives, as
well as providing designs that link to social media, catalogues, website
banners and advertising.
We are looking for a person to join the team who understands usability and
navigation issues when designing content, and who can integrate this into
the overall design concept across all platforms. We ideally want someone who
has an understanding of e-commerce, and who is able to drive new ideas while
continuously maintaining the overall brand direction! We are also looking
for someone with experience in, or who can learn, web template design,
responsive designs, and improve product pages, along with creative
content for a mixture of digital requirements.
To join our dynamic team and thrive in an environment where no
two days are the same, you must have a minimum of four years’ experience in a
Graphic Design role, be a creative individual with strong attention to detail,
and have excellent design skills. Awareness of current trends and ability to
inspire with ideas and initiative is required, as is the capability to
collaborate with and support all aspects of the business will be will be viewed
as an advantage.
Core Skills and Attributes:
- High level of proficiency Adobe
Creative Cloud Guru Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks are a required
as a base.
- Passion and high skills for
ecommerce design and layouts.
Strong passion for layout and typography
- Basic understanding of front-end
technologies (including responsive design)
and developer skills set. You will be working with a senior front-end
- 4+ years minimum experience
- eDM design and development
experience (for different devices)
- Excellent written and verbal
- Must have portfolio of work
