The Role – Packaging Design Director or Senior Designer
We are seeking a talented senior level designer with significant experience in branding, packaging and corporate design to join our dynamic team.
This is a permanent position, based in our loft style studio next to darling harbour.
The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant team and working with a well established client base of large multinational FMCG companies.
For the right candidate there is an awesome opportunity for this position to lead into the creative director role. These opportunities don't come up in Sydney often, so we think you would be crazy not to apply :)
Your experience
Our ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and 5 years minimum experience at a senior level.
You will demonstrate a passion for design, packaging and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
Being solutions focused, having creative vision, strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines will see you thrive in this role.
- Strong leadership ability coupled with personable and articulate client presentation skills
- Design experience at a senior level, able to take complete ownership over high level branding projects from concept through to presentation.
- Highly proficient in Adobe CS5.5 - 6; Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Acrobat
- Experience in MS Office and Web design software would be advantageous
- Portfolio must demonstrate experience working on well established FMCG brands
- Prepress and printing knowledge would be highly advantageous
