Based in our modern headquarters in Eveleigh- close to all major transport, the successful candidate will enjoy working with major stakeholders in the magazine team.
In this role you will be responsible for the process and implementation of marketing initiatives including:
- Management of terms and conditions for all promotions
- Implementation and administration responsibilities of the that's life! rewards based program
- Management and communication of marketing timelines to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time.
- Assist Marketing Manager in management of marketing processes. Communicate all new process updates to internal stakeholders where relevant.
- Assistance with weekly prize draw.
You will have solid experience working in a promotions/marketing and/or media background either client or agency side.
- Proven experience in production and/or project management
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines within budget
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience hands on experience with Terms and Conditions and lotteries applications is a must
