Graphic Design Manager
is seeking a motivated and creative individual to manage and lead their design
team. The diverse role will see you manage and contribute towards the delivery
of an array of projects including tourism publications, print and digital campaigns,
branding and key corporate communication projects.
Managing a small and
dedicated team, you will need to have good people skills, attention to detail,
the capacity to think creatively and well-developed time management skills.

Specialist Skills and Knowledge
Advanced design skills in Adobe Creative Suite CC, InDesign,
Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.
Highly knowledgeable in publication layout and
preparation of print ready files.
A creative thinker with high
attention to detail and production accuracy.
Experience in web based and digital
Highly experienced in developing and
managing multiple brands.
Highly experienced in working on
Apple Mac platform.
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
People management experience.
Well rounded work history with design studio or freelance
experience, preferably at least 5-6 years in industry.

What you’ll be doing:

Grow and refine Sleeping Ducks digital marketing program with a specific focus on CPC, database marketing, remarketing and social media
Work with external agencies and the Sleeping Duck team on strategy and execution of new and current initiatives
